SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping
Every effort will be made to ensure prompt delivery of your purchases. We endeavour to despatch customer orders within 48 hours however if there are any unexpected delays we will contact you. Delivery time will depend on your location within Australia, expected standard delivery time between 3 – 7 days. Our delivery service is only available within Australia. Please contact us should you require further information.

Returns
Returns are accepted for any goods which are deemed faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged goods must be received by us within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered. This can be done via email: salon@salon7one.com.au. Salon7one will provide instructions on how to return the goods. All original tagging and packaging must be intact. Replacement of the faulty item and shipping charges will be free of charge or you may wish to receive a store credit or full refund which will include shipping charges.

We are happy to exchange or provide a store credit for change of mind but delivery and handling charges on returns purchases are non refundable. Please contact Salon7one via email should you wish to return a purchase. Products are to be returned to Salon7one at the customers own expense and risk, in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Products can be returned in person to the salon in their original condition and packaging with 7 days of delivery.

We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Sale items are not exchangeable.

Any credit notes issued will be valid for 6 months.

STANDARD CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you place an order and complete checkout you are forming a contract to purchase the item in your cart. When we accept your order for the purchase of a Product, then an agreement is formed between you and us.

We can modify or discontinue an item prior to checkout and it is your responsibility to ensure the item is as originally selected prior to purchase.

As a buyer, it is also your responsibility to make sure that you are legally entitled to fulfil checkout on any item you purchase.

PAYMENT

  • You agree to pay the purchase price specified on the website at the time you placed the order as well as any applicable shipping and insurance charges based on the shipping options selected by you. All amounts are stated in Australian Dollars. All purchase prices include Australian GST (where applicable).

  • You must pay for the product online by your PayPal account. Your payment will be processed upon receipt of your order. The credit cards that are accepted will be described on the website. A surcharge may apply for the use of certain credit cards, and where this is the case this will also be described on the website.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

  • We may cancel an order that has already been accepted if we suspect that you are acting fraudulently (such as using a credit card without proper authorisation) or in breach of these terms.

  • While we endeavour to avoid pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and we may also cancel an order that has been accepted in such circumstances.

  • Unforeseen supply issues or unexpected demand may occasionally result in the Product being unavailable. If there is a delay in shipping your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the reason for the delay. If this occurs, you may cancel your order at any time prior to when we ship the Product to you.

salon7one is entitled to amend these Terms and Conditions, the Fees and the Policies, all or any of them by posting amended versions of them on the website. It is the users responsibility to be aware of changes to the T&C’s of salon7one.
