Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

All payments are made through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal Account to make purchases this way.

Can a Gift Voucher I have purchased on-line be used to purchase on-line and in Salon7one?

All Gift Vouchers purchased on-line can be used in the on-line shop as well as purchases made in person at Salon7one. You can also use these gift vouchers for all hair and beauty services we provide at Salon7one.

Please note: Gift Vouchers purchased in person at the salon are for salon use only and cannot be used on the on-line shop.

What are the delivery charges for online orders?

We offer a flat rate of $10.00 for online purchases. There are certain larger items and furniture items we currently do not provide shipping for. These are clearly marked as pick up only options. Please email us if you would like us to quote

Free Instore Pickup is available from Salon7one, this option must be chosen upon checking out. The salon operating days are Tuesday - Saturday. We also offer complimentary gift wrapping with the pick up service, please request this in the Order Notes at time of check out.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately we do not ship overseas.

How long will delivery take?

Every effort will be made to ensure prompt delivery of your purchases. We endeavour to despatch customer orders within 48 hours however if there are any unexpected delays we will contact you. Delivery time will depend on your location within Australia, expected standard delivery time between 3 - 7 days. Our delivery service is only available within Australia. Please contact us should you require further information.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted for any goods which are deemed faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged goods must be received by us within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered. This can be done via email: shop@salon7one.com.au.  Salon7one will provide instructions on how to return the goods. All original tagging and packaging must be intact. Replacement of the faulty item and shipping charges will be free of charge or you may wish to receive a store credit or full refund which will include shipping charges.

We are happy to exchange or provide a store credit for change of mind but delivery and handling charges on returns purchases are non refundable. Please contact Salon7one via email should you wish to return a purchase. Products are to be returned to Salon7one at the customers own expense and risk, in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Products can be returned in person to the salon in their original condition and packaging with 7 days of delivery.

We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Sale items are not exchangeable.

Any credit notes issued will be valid for 6 months.
